Sorry for the misunderstanding . The software for setting up this site allows people to join any club, but in reality, they are not members of any club til they have paid for the services I would provide to them.

There are several others who have signed into joining the Gold club but since they too never paid for services, I never provided any to them.

I do have the forums set up so people can read and then do the services themselves, but it is very time consuming, which is why if I am to provide the advertising and promotions for a member that they would need to pay me something to do all the extra work.

 

In your case, I did create a 'collage' category a few years ago that you could post your art directly into for viewers and I even put some of them there as a courtesy to get you started with what basically would have been your own organic collage ads, but I think you didnt understand or something as you never really used the category.

 

I have a java scripting menu maker that I use to take the ArtRave Categories and I place them onto other websites all over the internet. People see that and when they click on any of those buttons come back instantly to ArtRave and then see the ads. If the ads are not kept current or if they havent been placed in the category, how will viewers know where to go to buy anything? Its like having a newspaper without being printed - The ads can be placed free for all members since the entire ArtRave Categories is a free promotional tool for everyone wanting to show and sell their art.

 

Since I have had to be paying for this site to run it, I have tried to make as many portions free as possible but I do have to pay for monthly rent fees for hosting and bandwidth for the Galleries [ phopto sections] and for the hosting that the placed slideshows cost when posted into blogs and on other sites as all slideshows originating on ArtRave are charged to ArtRave no matter where they are published online.

 

When a member wants to keep their actual gallery pages here, I am paying for the, Currently there are over 4500 pictures in our galleries that I am paying for for everyone. Members are not supposed to be keeping pictures in the Gallery if they are not paying.  That is supposed to be for paying members only.

 

The ArtRave Categories however are technically comment sections in the clubs, which I have diverted to allow members to be able to publish their pictures into the comments as ads where you can include your name , the title, your email, the price & shipping info - to tell viewers how to buy your art.

Using the comments software enables members to post pictures for free. Having categories set up as I do make it easy for viewers to search for what they are looking for, like abstracts, landscapes, collages and so on. It makes it easy to find for viewers who are looking to buy art.

 

Members who pay for upgraded memberships can keep their art in gallery, which means the work can be shown all over the internet on various sites. Members are also encouraged to put correct links on their webpage so that it can serve as their own personal promotional website.

 

I then take that info and publish it all over when I do permalinks, blogs, twitter and other places I go like netlog, Wordpress, Squidoo, and to auction sites where I can list the art for sale for fixed prices for some artists.

 

Often if I am doing advertising on another site for certain members of ArtRave, I will feature & promote the paid members before I do any of the free or non paying members.

 

While I did do some small ads for you as a courtesy, in the past, I havent done any recently since you never upgraded to being a paid member. I dont have enough time to do many ads for free members as I have alot of work to do as it is, so my focus in promoting is for those who have been paying for services and still in my forums I tell how to do alot that members can do on their own for free,

 

When someone pays $3.95 a month they can keep up to 60 pictures in the Gallery and yet still would have to do their own ads & promotions.. If they pay $7.95 a month they can post up to 200 pictures in Gallery. This is only to cover what it costs to keep the Gallery online.

 

Others who want me to post some ads for them online and to promote their art pay either $12.95 a month as an APAS member with up to 200 pics in Gallery  OR they pay $14.95 a month & can have up to 300 pictures  in Gallery and I will also post ads & do promos for them whereever I promote ArtRave. - so its like paying $7 a month  to be advertised over the internet [ but not just on ArtRave as the ads go to other sites as well]  Sites like Etsy charge $7 a DAY for 1 ad only yet I will advertise all month for the same amount~!

 

Those members who have been buying my ads have been having sales, like Nan Wright - she was having 1 sale a month before I began advertising for her and now gets a sale every day. I also promote all her other sites as well. When I advertise for you or any member who pays, I will cross promote with everything you have online so viewers can shop around for your art whereever you have it listed.

 

Since I do not charge any commissions, I try to get people to look at any sites you are a member of whether its Art Wanted , Fine ArtAmerica, Redbubble and so on - I promote and advertise all of them specific to your webpages with them. You can even join lisiting clubs I have here that viewers who seek something from those sites might first check our artists here who have memberships there and then use our artists links to see their works first when they go to the other sites.

 

Increasing site traffic to all our artworks is important when trying to show and sell it.

So the only reason you havent sold any here so far is that you have not been actively advertising or promoting your work for sale here yet and you hadnt upgraded to any membership packages that could help you to sell.

Dear Ave..In this context i wrote about the technical difficulty of Payments ..Till date i ' m unlucky not to achive any sale being Gold Member ..Thanks for cooperation rendered to me from time to time...as per ur advice i 'm switching over to other  "Free ArtRave Categories " if u permit me ...!! However i'll  be remitting the amt to u as soon as my technical problem of verification of Cr.Card is over at this end.Sorry for inconvenience ,,,Once again ..Thanks ..

Gold Members must have their paid subscriptions paid in order to have their works advertised and promoted on ARTRAVE & other websites.

Be sure to update your membership and use the PayPal button above to be included in all the ArtRave promotions~!! This includes having up to 300 pictures in our paid gallery. Non Paying members are to remove their galleries & repost them into the ArtRave Categories which is still free.

All members can use the ArtRave Categories to promote & sell their art free through ArtRave.

Gold Membership prices were $19.95 per month last year and reduced to $14.95 per month this year due to the economy worldwide. I have decided to keep it at $14.95 this coming year as well and you can pay by subscription monthly through Paypal [ accepts all major credit cards] or you can pay 1 time annually and save 2 months payments by paying the discounted annual price of only $149.95~!

Gold Members enjoy all of the features of ArtRave and its extended benefits advertising package that promotes, advertises, features and helps to sell all their art online and brings traffic to all their online art sites~!! Its the best way to go to ensure you are doing all you can to be able to sell your art online~! As new venues open, your art is included and promoted for you ~!! WE work in a partnership, as you list and promote your work, I also work to promote it personally for you as well~!!
Gold Members can list and post in all categories and on all membership level groups providing more exposure for their art through all artrave venues~!!

Welcome Nan Wright~!! Nan has been "GOLD" on this site for a year but simply hadnt joined this group as she has been very busy editing and presenting her art through the promotional features of ArtRave. Gold Members can learn alot by reviewing Nan's works as she has done the most comprehensive editing job on her art than anyone else on site~! That is why Nan has sales almost every day, whereas many members have yet to make their first online sale~! Follow Nan's example , check out her work and see how well she cross promotes giving viewers choices as to which of her other websites they can get the deals they are looking for~ Since this is a commission free site ,still, you can all promote your work through every venue available to you~! So , if you have alot on GCU or FAA, say so in your Gallery here and be sure to include links to your other sites~! This can help direct traffic to your other sites and generate sales for you all~!

Select works from Gold Members that are edited properly are now being listed in Auctions for sale on Plunderhere~! Members should also join our Auction satellite site for more information. Check RSS feeds to see more of your art being advertised for sale~ :)

Those wishing to become actual Gold Members need to sign up through the Paypal choice buttons above on this page in order to begin receiving the benefits of a Gold membership. Joining the group alone does not provide the benefits listed. Only paid members receive benefits. Thankyou.
