You will easily learn how to re-organize your computer art files , name & inventory your work so it can be uniformly displayed online wherever you goand be picked up by the searchbots  to make your art searchable~!
You will learn how to properly edit your work so that internet searches can pick up and advertise your links for you.You will learn how to make your own Paypal buttons so that viewers can buy direct from you online and their money will be placed into your bank account before you ship your artwork out to them~!
You will  learn which sites can offer you residual incomes, which sites are free or low cost to open shops or auctions at. you will learn how to list auctions and more...Just read our Forum Tutorials, one at a time . Practice them & ask questions there.If after you have accomplished  learning these important things concerning presenting your art online, you feel you want or need more, then consider upgrading & becoming a Gallery member of ArtRave, at whatever level you feel ready for.

Remember that no one can do it all for you and just by signing up to groups or categories is not enough to make you successful. You have to participate in your own success and be proactive in promoting your art as described and shown on this site.

Request an Artist ID# that will be unique for you to use on ArtRave,that can be used everywhere you go online.This will help in searches.You will also receive limited free promotional advertising by being listed in the ArtRave Artists Directory.This ID number becomes the base for inventorying your art online and keeping it uniform so search bots can gather art info on you for the search engines which will help drive traffic to wherever you show & sell online~!Every member pays for the initial listing & unique ID#, however Gold members' annual renewal is credited back to them after their first anniversary.

Once your first set of pictures are uploaded, you will be assigned a 'member number'. It will be inserted into your Title Bar and have 3 consecutive digits.

From this point on you will have your "Artist ID# JD-112-004 and simply add it to your new uploads. It is easy and you will get the hang of it. Help is available for newbies and I personally will help in getting your started.

 

 

To create a uniform presentation online, you might want to inventory your art on your computer before uploading it online. To find out why, read our next discussion ~

 

 

Be sure to check that your inventory is done correctly.

Once done you can use links to your pages to post even on other sites that will bring customers back to you here or wherever you want to direct them to.

 

 

 

ALBUMS: Become your personal Gallery on ArtRave and get listed in several ways to help viewers to find your work~!


You should create an album for your work based on topics or categories.

 

 

TIP: Use the ArtRave Category Titles as part of your tags when making your album/gallery.

 

 

Upgraded members with 'Albums' can ever be FEATURED on the front page~

Once you have your approved art in your portfolio, you can begin to use slideshows of your entire art and or the albums you have created.

 

Slideshows can be listed right into the comments of the categories at the right.

Include your artist ID# along with your name - ID can be found in the Alphabet bar located on the home page as well as at the top of most categories..

 

Example: JD-112 along with picture# & loaded into the proper category.

 

 

 

This will further lead buyers to your portfolio/gallery page to see a larger version of your picture and read the Description for the information that they would need to be able to purchase your work.
If you have all Abstracts for example, Your Album Title would be:
JD-112 John Doe - Abstracts

 

 

Only Paying or Upgraded Members can have Albums on site .

During your free membership time, you should familiarize yourself with how to properly edit and advertise your art, learn to navigate the site and once you are comfortable, consider upgrading to maximize your experience with ArtRave~.

 

 

 

This CAN BE DONE by using "SuperGroups" seeing where to post articles about your art and places to blog about your art. This is the beginning for you as an online seller~!
